Sea Turtle Snorkeling Tour

Snorkel with wild sea turtles in the crystal-clear shallows of Miyakojima. Our guides know exactly where and when the turtles gather, so encounter rates are high — it's common to meet several on a single tour, and many are relaxed enough around people to swim right beside you. You may spot clownfish and colorful tropical fish too. (Sea turtles are wild animals, so sightings can never be fully guaranteed.)

The tour runs at a shallow beach where, depending on the tide, you can often stand on the bottom. Everyone wears a life jacket and your guide carries a float ring you can hold on to, so non-swimmers, children, and first-timers are all welcome. Groups are kept small, and the full experience — briefing, gear fitting, and about an hour in the water — takes around two hours.

Your guide photographs and films the whole experience with a high-quality action camera, including shots of you swimming with the turtles. Every photo and video is yours free, with no limit on the number of files.
