1. Information We Collect

We collect booking information and, with your consent, linked browsing information.

  • The lead guest's name, phone number, and email address
  • Your LINE user ID and display name (if you connect with us via LINE)
  • Each participant's name, age, height and weight (optional), and shoe size
  • Any requests or questions you enter in our forms
  • Pages viewed, referral source, clicks, scrolling, form activity, and booking outcome
  • Visitor ID, Visit ID, booking funnel ID, and device, browser, and operating-system categories

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes.

  • Receiving, confirming, changing, or canceling your booking, and contacting you about it
  • Managing safety and preparing equipment (fins, wetsuits, and so on)
  • Delivering the photos and videos taken during your tour
  • Responding to your inquiries
  • Linking consented pre-booking browsing history with booking information to improve services and analyze marketing and booking journeys

3. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

We use the following external services to operate our business, and information is stored with these services to the extent necessary.

  • Booking and linked customer analytics: Google Sheets (Google LLC)
  • Guest communication: LINE (LY Corporation)
  • Website usage analytics: Vercel Analytics
  • Website usage analytics: Google Analytics (Google LLC), loaded after consent and using cookies or similar identifiers. See Google's Policies and Terms for details.

5. Linked Browsing History, Consent, and Retention

Behavioral tracking is optional, and you can still book if you decline. If you consent, we store a Visitor ID in your browser and attach it to your booking so that browsing history can be linked with your name, contact details, and participant information.

Visitor IDs and behavioral events are retained for up to 395 days. Booking records are retained as needed for booking operations, safety, service history, and legal obligations. You can stop future collection through Data settings and contact us to request deletion of stored data.

6. Data Security

We take appropriate security measures to protect the personal information in our care against unauthorized access, loss, and leaks.

7. Requests to Access, Correct, or Delete Your Information

If you would like to access, correct, or delete your personal information, we will respond promptly after verifying your identity. Please reach out using the contact details below.
